Terms of Service
DutchBud (bank.dutchie.org) · Effective 22 July 2026 · 3DN family · Money
These Terms govern your use of DutchBud, the virtual ledger and budget tools at bank.dutchie.org. DutchBud is the money arm of the 3DN family — a closed-loop unit of account for contribution, not a cash bank. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Work · Money · Politics
Most of what shapes adult life sits in three foundations: work (how you create value), money (how value is held and moved), and politics (how influence and rules over your life are decided). The 3DN family is built around that whole.
- Work — IWISH (local marketplace) and ZZP2ZZP (professional freelancers).
- Money — DutchBud (these credits) and 3DN (compute & hosting you run on).
- Politics — PolitiCap (civic market simulation).
The triskelion mark stands for that unity — three arms, one centre.
Put your WORK where your mouth is.
DutchBud credits are meant to represent contribution — especially work earned on IWISH — that you may later allocate on PolitiCap, or use where 3DN publishes credit-priced plans. They are not a cash deposit product and are not convertible to euro through an exchange rate we publish.
1. What DutchBud is
DutchBud provides accounts, budgets, and balances for a closed-loop virtual unit of account used across 3DN services. It also supports personal budgeting features. It is not a licensed bank, not a deposit-taking institution, and not a cash-out wallet for fiat.
2. Virtual credits only (no cash-out)
- DutchBud credits are not legal tender.
- Credits have no guaranteed real-world cash value.
- We do not redeem credits for fiat currency, bank transfers, or crypto.
- You cannot treat DutchBud balances as a store of withdrawable money from us.
- Euro prices and DutchBud prices, where both exist on other 3DN products, are independent books — not conversions of each other.
3. How credits are obtained (proof of sweat)
For the 3DN economy, credits are primarily obtained by proof of sweat: earning through real work and participation on IWISH, plus any promotional or system grants we publish. We may refuse or reverse mints that look fraudulent or abusive.
4. IWISH real currency is peer-to-peer — not to us
On IWISH, participants may choose to settle a job in real currency between themselves (for example via payment QR codes) or in DutchBud virtual credits. When real currency is used:
- Payments go only between users (buyer ↔ seller / relevant parties).
- The platform operator does not receive those peer-to-peer payments.
- Showing a QR or payment status in the app does not make us a party to the transfer.
See the IWISH Terms of Service.
5. PolitiCap, ZZP2ZZP, and 3DN compute
DutchBud credits may be used on PolitiCap, a civic participation and market simulation (politics / influence). PolitiCap does not accept real-money deposits for trading and does not cash out credits. Professional work tools live on ZZP2ZZP. Compute and hosting live on 3DN (euro and/or credit plans when published — separate books).
6. Not gambling
DutchBud and linked PolitiCap use are designed around earned virtual credits and participation — not online gambling, sports betting, or a house-banked casino. You agree not to use or market these services as real-money wagering.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep credentials secure; provide accurate registration details.
- No fraud, multi-accounting for abuse, or selling accounts/credits for real money off-platform.
- No attempts to break security or scrape in a harmful way.
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost virtual balances, budgeting mistakes, peer-to-peer payment disputes between IWISH users, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
